2025: A Year in Review
As the year comes to a close, we find ourselves reflecting not on big declarations, but on real progress made alongside our partners.
This year was shaped by meaningful conversations, collaboration, and a shared commitment to doing things with intention. From advancing sustainability initiatives to strengthening industry partnerships and remaining closely connected to the global hospitality community, every step was guided by the realities our customers navigate each day, including challenges like evolving market pressures.
Listening, adapting, and progressing remained at the heart of our approach. It continues to influence how we develop our products, how we show up as a partner, and how our linens support the experiences created in hospitality spaces.

Innovation on Display at NRA 2025
In May at the National Restaurant Association Show, which welcomed more than 2,200 exhibitors and 55,000 attendees from over 45 countries, Garnier Thiebaut USA was proud to engage with the chefs, operators, hotel leaders, and purchasing teams shaping the future of food service. Our conversations focused on the tools and innovations that matter most to today’s hospitality professionals, including smarter linen management through RFID integration, linens incorporating CiCLO® biodegradable fibers, and elevated customization capabilities for properties looking to express their brand. Participating in this forum reaffirmed our commitment to advancing practical, design-forward solutions that support the real-world demands of restaurants, hotels, and food service venues.
A European Perspective at HostMilano
Later in the year, our GT USA team traveled to Italy for HostMilano 2025, joining colleagues from Garnier Thiebaut France at one of Europe’s most influential hospitality trade fairs. The 44th edition of HostMilano brought together roughly 2,050 exhibitors from more than 56 countries and drew an international audience focused on innovation, design, and trends in foodservice and hospitality. The show fostered conversations with partners and industry professionals around evolving technologies, materials, and global hospitality trends. Being part of HostMilano reinforced our commitment to manufacturing expertise and collaboration on an international scale, and highlighted the global nature of the industries we serve.
Expanding Our Reach Across the Industry
Garnier Thiebaut USA continued to build relationships with hospitality partners who value the elevated details our textiles bring to their interiors. Below are a few of the notable venues that have partnered with Garnier Thiebaut USA in 2025.

Supporting Properties Through Strategic Sourcing
Our partnership with Avendra continued to play an important role in how Garnier Thiebaut USA supports hospitality properties through reliable sourcing and consistent standards. As one of North America’s leading GPOs, Avendra serves more than 16,500 customer locations and brings scale and purchasing expertise that strengthen how suppliers and properties work together. Working within Avendra’s hospitality-focused sourcing framework allows GT USA to align more closely with data-informed decision-making and clearly defined supplier expectations. Throughout the year, this collaboration reinforced our focus on service, precision, and the level of quality leading hospitality properties expect from their linen partners.
Sustainability Milestones in 2025
Garnier Thiebaut USA reached important sustainability milestones tied to how we operate and source responsibly. Earning the EcoVadis Silver Medal placed us within the top 15% of companies assessed for environmental stewardship, labor and human rights, ethics, and responsible sourcing. This distinction reflects the collective effort of our team and the partners who share our expectations for responsible business practices. Our partnership with Evertreen also continued to grow, reaching 20,000 trees planted across Kenya, the Philippines, and Madagascar. Together, these efforts reflect a practical, accountable approach to sustainability that continues to shape how we operate as a business.
