With warm weather on the horizon, the leading months in tourism are upon us. According to market research June is projected to be this year’s peak travel month across the US, followed by May, July, August, and September respectively. At Garnier-Thiebaut USA we understand the importance of catering to trends and offer seasonal collections aimed to optimize guest experience.
As a premier linen supplier, we are well equipped in ensuring our partners can keep up with par levels and provide their guests with high-quality products conducive to their brand. After months of research and product development, we are proud to launch our new catalog, DIVE by Garnier-Thiebaut USA. In the first edition of its kind, DIVE features a comprehensive collection of pool and beach terry in a variety of sizes, weights, and styles to complement every hospitality setting, just in time for summer!
DIVE showcases 12 pool collections in total, with five in stock (S) series; two under a short lead time (SLT) of 4-6 weeks; and 5 under a special order (SO) lead time of 14-16 weeks for product customization.
Curated Collections
With the introduction of DIVE, we’ve incorporated our most popular styles from the Malibu Collection by GT USA and added inventory to stock customer favorites. Returning for another season is the 4”x4” yellow striped, Maya; the classic white, Bora; the pineapple yellow, Maho; and the multicolor pinstriped Hapuna. With options in both 100% cotton & polycotton, weights ranging from 423 GSM to 530 GSM, and sizing options starting from 30”x60” and up to 34”x80”, we’ve made sure to stock a vast selection of pool terry, ready to ship as needed.
Through the feedback of our partners and by studying current hospitality design trends, this season’s catalog previews the bestselling collection, Waikiki. Stocked in blue, green, and yellow interwoven stripes, with a special-order option in red; Waikiki is a newly adapted line of competitively priced pool towels, woven in 100% cotton terry loop.
The two SLT collections, Lanikai, and Cabana feature pastel green and light blue 2”x2” stripes in GSMs’ 530, and 478 respectively. Both styles have been very popular amongst our partners and are favored for their heavyweight quality and full coverage boasting a length of 70 inches.
Specialty Pool Options
For our partners who wish to elevate their brand to the next level, Garnier-Thiebaut USA is pleased to debut a new series of special-order terry. Designed with premium standards in mind, these collections range from 435 GSM to 541 GSM, in sizes up to 34”x70”. Leading the special-order series is Keywest the first and only reversible towel of its kind within our catalog. With two sets of stripes on each side, partners may select up to four colors to be woven into each towel, promoting an exciting level of contrast their guests will be sure to remember.
Following in the spirit of Keywest are the Acapulco and Copacabana collections, both of which feature 2”x2” stripes in navy & grey, and navy & white. With more muted palettes, these styles are preferred by partners who wish to incorporate a more refined aesthetic. While we apply the same level of attention to detail, and methodology across our pool products, the Ibiza collection, with a GSM of 488, is perhaps the most representative of our aptitude for color. With four solid dyed styles in hazelnut beige, mint green, orchid blue, and rose red, Ibiza offers a unique array of saturated tones to make the poolside experience even more memorable for guests.
For those seeking a more subtle look, we recommend the Bise pool collection, the heaviest towels in our catalog weighing 541 GSMs. A feature unique to the Bise collection is its textured white terry accented by 3 interwoven colored bands mirrored on both borders. Serving as one of the largest towels by area in the GT USA catalog, Bise sets the tone for minimalistic waterside luxury.
